Their mission: make advanced structured products decentralised, intuitive, and accessible. They are now looking for a BDM to drive institutional adoption of on-chain yield. Build strategic partnerships, onboard investors, and scale DCI vaults across the US - ideal for TradFi professionals bridging into DeFi. Responsibilities Build and execute a BD roadmap for institutional growth. Onboard institutional investors, trading desks, and market makers. Develop relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, and family offices. Represent the company in New Yorks TradFi and DeFi communities. Requirements 35 years in sales & trading, investor relations, asset management, or investment banking. Strong NY financial network with TradFi and DeFi exposure.
