Shift Pattern: 22:00-7:00am Monday to Friday (Days Off: Saturday/Monday with availability to work weekend if required) Must be able to work on the weekends Pay rate: 12.21-13.45 General Duties for Transport Administrator: Monitor inbound arrivals through customers' pre-alerts by using tracking sites to ensure the correct capacity on inbound/outbound vehicles has been booked. Manage and monitor customer collections to ensure they are met within SLA on a day-to-day basis Transport planning Preparation and completion of paperwork for both export postal and commercial exports, including pre-alerts Working to strict deadlines to co-ordinate imports & exports with end-to-end responsibility (including collection, airline booking, and liaising with overseas agents/customers until delivered) Submitting import & export customs entries using internal/external systems Strong customer relationship to understand requirements and always deliver excellent customer service. Liaising with the warehouse to ensure smooth operations Booking and optimising inbound/outbound vehicles against SLA/CPU Create and dispatch vehicle load plans to operations Key point of contact for liaising with Hauliers, Gateway, GHA's, depots/hubs & third-party drivers, internal stakeholders Ensure the right of every employee to carry out their daily work in a safe environment Ad hoc duties to support business requirement TPBN1_UKTJ
