They have a new and exciting opportunity for an eCommerce Manager, to join there Newcastle office and distribution centre, supporting there on-going UK eCommerce growth. Newcastle x 2-3 days a week Report into the CCO Circa 50,000 DOE As an eCommerce Manager, your responsibilities will include: Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the website, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. Manage the website development pipeline in close collaboration with the operations team. Build and execute the Amazon strategy to maximise our retail sales, market share and brand image through the platforms. Manage & optimise the Platforms P&L Sales Strategy: Actively support the implementation of strategies to support sales performance, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement. Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Execuitve to execute online campaigns. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website & platform performance and analyse data to identify trends, customer behaviour, and areas for improvement. Complete reporting of performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives. Customer Experience: Implement a customer-first mindset to ensure high customer satisfaction through customer journey optimisation to deliver a best-in-class experience. Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to inform decisions. Managing Klaviyo flows, campaigns and integrations Requirements This newly created role requires a self-starter who has a proven track record of creating and implementing strategies, with previous experience working with eCommerce channels within a B2C & Trade environment. E-commerce operations: Familiarity with order fulfilment, inventory management, customer service, and other operational aspects of online retail. Project management: Strong organisational and project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns and initiatives. Analytical skills: Ability to analyse data from various sources to identify trends, measure performance, and inform strategic decisions. Data-driven decision-making: Using data insights to optimise campaigns, allocate budgets effectively, and identify areas for growth.
