Now Hiring: Bridging/BTL Finance Underwriter Real Estate Lending Manchester based - Hybrid Position Im partnering with a dynamic lender in the UK real estate finance space thats looking to bring on board an experienced Bridging/BTL Finance Underwriter . This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team where youll play a key role in assessing large and complex deals, managing relationships with brokers and solicitors, and driving cases through to completion. What youll be doing: Underwriting and assessing fully packaged loan applications in line with credit policy and risk appetite Engaging directly with brokers/introducers to clarify deals and resolve queries Reviewing valuations, legal documents, and reports to progress applications Preparing and updating credit papers, issuing mortgage offers, and facilitating completion Acting as the key point of contact for complex cases, ensuring SLA standards are met What were looking for: Excellent understanding of the full loan process (bridging/BTL property finance experience essential) Ability to communicate confidently with brokers, solicitors, and customers Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in case handling If youre an experienced underwriter ready to take the next step in your career or know someone who is Id love to connect.
