We are looking for an Operational Excellence Leader who is not stepping into a mature Lean environment, but someone who can design, deploy and embed an operating system from the ground up. This is a pivotal role for the site and a rare opportunity to build something meaningful and lasting. We are looking for someone who: Has personally deployed an operating system, not just sustained or tweaked one. Brings deep Lean and Operational Excellence expertise with the ability to simplify complex environments. Can assess a sites maturity and build a practical, sequenced roadmap that people can understand and follow. Is confident in coaching senior leaders and engaging shop floor teams to build capability and ownership. Thrives in environments where cultural change and behavioural alignment are essential. Has experience in FMCG, food and drink, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, automotive or other high-cost manufacturing sectors. Is resilient, pragmatic, collaborative, and comfortable working line side when needed.
