What Youll Be Doing Supporting ERP customers via phone, email, and remote access Troubleshooting application issues and escalating where needed Assisting with live environments, including upgrades, go-lives, and configuration changes Collaborating with internal teams on testing, documentation, and product improvement Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring timely, professional resolution of cases What Were Looking For Experience using ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Sage, Uniplan) for inventory, order processing, or logistics Exposure to customer support, CRM systems, or operational workflows Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical issues clearly A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of support cases Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with occasional office collaboration This role is perfect for someone whos worked in a structured, process-driven environment and is now ready to take the next step into IT and application support.
