Person Specification Essential Senior experience in retail operations, fulfilment, or stock management. Proven influence across all organisational levels. Strong leadership and stakeholder management. Deep knowledge of stock and fulfilment systems. Advanced analytical skills (e.g. Power BI, Tableau). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
