Global Account Manager – eCommerce SaaSThe RoleWe’re supporting a leading SaaS business in the eCommerce automation space, looking for a talented Global Account Manager to manage and grow strategic customer relationships.This is a key role focused on developing long-term partnerships with existing clients — ensuring high levels of adoption, satisfaction, and expansion across global accounts. You’ll work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and identify new revenue opportunities within your portfolio.This position is remote within the UK.To be considered for this role, you must have experience working in one of the following sectors: eCommerce SaaS, Retail Tech, Marketplace/Channel Management, Inventory Management, Order Management (OMS), Warehouse Management (WMS), Shipping/Fulfilment SaaS, or Supply Chain/Logistics Technology.
