This experience will help you develop strong communication, empathy, and relationship-building skillsessential for future roles in psychology, therapy, or teaching. The SEMH Teaching Assistant position suits graduates who are patient, proactive, and passionate about inclusion and child development. Youll learn how to de-escalate situations calmly, encourage positive behaviour, and build trusting relationships with pupils.
