This is a hands-on strategic role requiring someone who can blend business architecture expertise with strong stakeholder engagement and practical delivery capability. Ideally this person will have a proven track record in defining operating models, identifying gaps, and ensuring alignment between business strategy and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating Model DevelopmentDefine and evolve the organisation’s operating model to support the shift from an outsourced model to a right-sourced model.Gap AnalysisAssess current vs. target state, identifying gaps and defining clear remediation plans.Strategic AlignmentEnsure the business architecture directly supports the organisation’s strategic goals and transformation objectives.Change ManagementGuide the business through architectural and operating model changes, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.Process ArchitectureOversee the design and optimisation of core business processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency across the future-state model.Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to capture requirements, communicate architecture decisions, and maintain alignment.Capability ModellingDefine and document the organisational capabilities required to achieve strategic goals.Value Stream MappingIdentify and map end-to-end value streams that deliver value to customers.Information MappingDesign information flows and data models that underpin the target operating model.GovernanceEstablish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure business architecture standards are met and sustained.Key Skills and ExperienceStrong business acumen and strategic thinking.Demonstrable experience in operating model design and implementation.Deep understanding of business processes, information flows, and capability modelling.Hands-on experience with business architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, BIZBOK, etc.).Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience using business architecture and modelling tools.Previous involvement in transformation or right-sourcing initiatives highly desirab
