Key Responsibilities As our HRBP, you will be a trusted advisor, working closely with senior leadership to drive organisational performance and foster a positive, high-achieving culture. Your responsibilities will include: Strategic Partnering: Translating business objectives into effective HR strategies and initiatives. Talent Management: Leading performance management cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives. What We Are Looking For Proven Experience: Significant experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor, ideally within a fast-moving commercial sector. Qualifications: CIPD Level 5/7 qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience. Expert Knowledge: A deep understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice. Commercial Acumen: The ability to understand financial drivers and how HR strategy supports commercial success. The Right Attitude: A proactive, collaborative, and resilient approach with excellent communication and influencing skills. Location: Based in or easily commutable to our Newcastle upon Tyne office.
