Job Description We are working with a top-tier firm based in Belfast who are looking for an Associate Solicitor to join their Banking & Finance practice.The Role:The successful candidate will join an esteemed Banking department, acting for a diverse, high-profile client base, supporting both lenders and borrowers in multi-jurisdictional transactions. The candidate will work on an expansive caseload, with the opportunity to work on mandates such as corporate lending, leveraged and acquisition finance transactions, real estate and development finance transactions, loan portfolio sales, and structured finance.The candidate will play a key role in advising the firms domestic and international client base, including clients such as financial institutions, institutional investors and alternative lenders.
