Youll have a can-do attitude and will have a passion for providing great care to the community.This branch is staffed with an experienced team including an ACPT and four Healthcare Partners who provide an excellent service to the local community from their setting in a local supermarket. Currently dispensing around 6,800 items per month, this is a steady branch. As well as providing a variety of services, this branch also utilises robotic distribution technology. freeing up time to provide excellent patient care.Your Benefits25 days AL (Plus BH)GPhC fees coveredCompany pension scheme (4% matched after probation)Annual Performance Related BonusPrivate Medical InsuranceLife AssuranceCompany uniformExcellent career progressionRelocation packageFree parkingWhat Youll Be DoingManage day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and adherence to regulatory standardsOversee a dedicated team of pharmacy staff, providing guidance, support, and training as neededDispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelinesProvide medication counselling and support to patients, answering their questions and addressing concernsCollaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimize patient careConduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective medication managementMaintain accurate patient records and manage pharmacy inventoryProvide immunization services (where applicable)Offer advice on over-the-counter medications and healthcare productsActively participate in health promotion and public health initiativesWhat Youll BringRegistered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)Proven experience in a community pharmacy setting with management experience preferredStrong commitment to patient care and safetyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and independentlyUp-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare trendsA flexible and positive approach to problem-solvingHours38.25 hours per week (Averaged on a 2 week working pattern)Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 09.00 to 17.30 and Saturday 09.00 to 17.30Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday 09.00 to 17.30 and Saturday 09.00 to 17.30LocationThis Community Pharmacy is based in Bradford and commutable from Pudsey, Horsforth, Yeadon, Menston, Baildon, Shipley, Bingley, Keighley, Wilsden, Denholme, Queensbury and Halifax.ReferencesCompass Associates are working in partnership on this position.
