Key Responsibilities: Client & Partner Management: Act as the main contact for brands, TikTok Shop reps, and creator agencies. Coordinate between suppliers, internal teams, and TikTok Shop. Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan and run promotional campaigns aligned with platform events. Lead content creation with creators and agencies. Manage product selection, pricing, and merchandising. Growth Levers Activation: Drive performance across TikTok Shops key areas: Ads, Affiliates, Content, and Lives. Recruit and brief creators and affiliates. Support live shopping events. Performance & Reporting: Monitor KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion, ROI). Deliver insights and reports to improve campaign effectiveness and shop health. Marketplace Coordination: Align TikTok efforts with broader eCommerce strategies (Amazon, eBay, retailer.com). Ensure consistent product content and efficient fulfilment. The Person: You will be a strong communicator, organisation is key, stakeholder management and the ability to build relationships will be a fundamental part of this role. You will enjoy the account management side of the role alongside, inventory control, range development and promotional planning.
