The Role As a key member of the conveyancing department, you will: Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. Handle a wide range of transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Provide a personal and proactive client experience, maintaining regular contact and building lasting relationships. Work closely with colleagues across the firm to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery. Contribute to the firms ongoing growth and success through professionalism and initiative. About You The ideal candidate will be: A Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with solid residential conveyancing experience. Confident in handling files independently with minimal supervision. Client-focused, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities effectively. Motivated to contribute to a firm that values continuous improvement and professional growth.
