Role and Responsibilities: As a Parts Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting customers and service teams by providing expert guidance on automotive parts and accessories. Due to the nature of this role it is on- site Monday to Friday working between 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm . Your responsibilities will include: Assisting customers with identifying, locating, and procuring the correct automotive parts and accessories. Utilising your in-depth knowledge of vehicle parts to advise customers on suitable options based on their needs. Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring parts are readily available for both customers and technicians. Collaborating with the service team to ensure timely delivery of required parts for vehicle repairs and maintenance. Building and nurturing strong customer relationships through excellent communication and personalized assistance.
