RolePurpose Toprovidehands-ontalentacquisitionandemployerbrandingexpertise,drivingimmediateimprovementsincandidateattractionandrecruitmentcampaigns.Thepostholderwillreducerelianceoncostlyagencyprovision,deliverEVP-ledattractionpilots,andcreatecandidatepipelinesforhard-to-recruitroles(particularlyinChildrensServices).Actingasbothpractitionerandadvisor,therolewillalsoinformthedesignofSBCsfuturepermanenttalentmodel. KeyResponsibilities Lead directsourcing activityusing Recruiter,jobboards,andtalentdatabasestogeneratepipelinesofChildrensSocialWorkers,TeamManagers,andspecialistroles. Designanddeliver EVP-liteattractioncampaigns ,workingwithstaffandmanagerstoco-createauthenticcontent(casestudies,testimonials,day-in-the-lifestories). PartnerwithChildrensServicesmanagerstoimplement fast-trackrecruitmentcampaigns withapplication-to-offertimescalesof20daysorless. Auditandoptimisethe candidatejourney ,ensuringadverts,careerspages,andapplicationprocessesareinclusive,mobile-friendly,andengaging. Provide insightfuldataandanalysis onattractionperformance(click-throughrates,drop-offs,time-to-hire,candidatediversity)toinformcontinuousimprovement. Actasa bridgetothepermanenttalentteam ,pilotingapproachesthatcanbescaledupandembeddedinfuturephasesofSwindons2028TalentModel. SupportHRleadershipwithadviceon futureresourcingstructures ,agencystrategy,andalignmentwithorganisationalworkforcepriorities. Skills&Experience Proventrackrecord intalentacquisitionwithinlocalgovernment,NHS,education,orwiderpublic/voluntarysectors. Hands-onexpertisewith,ATSplatforms,andrecruitmentmarketingcampaigns. Strongexperiencedesigninganddelivering employerbrandingorEVPprojects ,withmeasurableimpact. Knowledgeof hard-to-recruitprofessions ,particularlyinsocialcare,legal,andspecialistfrontlineroles. Confidentinusing dataandanalytics tomeasureandimproverecruitmentoutcomes. Highlydeveloped stakeholdermanagementskills ;abletocoach,challenge,andsupportmanagersineffectiverecruitmentpractice.
