Senior Payroll Specialist - 6 month contract - Hybrid - ASAP start - up to 300 per day Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be exclusively partnered with a global insurance firm, who are looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to join their team, on a 6 month interim basis. The Senior Payroll Specialist will be a trusted expert, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery across their UK, and international entities. This role has the possibility to go permanent for the right individual, and 4 days in the office is required, for their central London office. The Senior Payroll Specialist will be assisting/overseeing duties such as: Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple international regions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations. Work with CloudPay and Workday systems to process and reconcile payrolls efficiently. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers to resolve payroll queries promptly. Produce and analyse payroll reports using Excel, ensuring accuracy and insightful reporting for management. Review and help streamline payroll processes and structures, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Support year-end activities and audits as required. Key Skills: Minimum of 5 years proven experience managing international payroll Experience managing payroll across multiple countries. Experience of CloudPay and Workday payroll systems, would be beneficial Excellent Excel skills Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
