Tardis Environmental UK Ltd are a well-established portable toilet and tanker hire business that operate a large fleet of HGV and LGV vehicles across various locations situated throughout the UK. We hire temporary waste and water solutions from 1000ltr waste and water storage tanks up to 30.000ltr storage tanks. Currently members of FORS and hold Gold accreditation. We are looking for a charismatic and confident, professional Area Sales Representative to join our existing sales team to provide customer support across a range of private and public sectors. Basic Salary: Negotiable Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with a degree of flexibility to suit the needs of the business Company issue : Executive Car, Laptop and Mobile Phone Duties and Responsibilities: Providing customers with product information in response to requests by email and telephone Providing customers with quotations for products and services Answering queries in terms of stock, delivery times, accounts, and production Prospecting new business opportunities Building relationships with customers Processing sales orders Providing support to external sales personnel Re-contacting enquirers to make sure they have received literature/quotations and whether they require further information prior to placing an order About you: Self-motivated and driven by targets Resilience Strong verbal and written communication skills The ability to influence and negotiate with others Commercial awareness IT skills Numerical skills Confidence, charisma and keen to progress a long-term career Some experience within a sales or customer service environment / familiar with client interactions Good administrative and organisational skills Good team player Ability to solve problems Willing to learn Benefits: A competitive commencing salary Achievable targets and performance bonuses 28 days paid holiday (including Bank Holidays) with the ability to increase after 2 years service Company Pension scheme through Legal & General within 3 months of start date Free on-site parking Want to be part of a great team - to have the opportunity to join us, please submit your CV to be considered for an immediate interview or call our HR department on 0800 731 0589.
