Were seeking a proactive and dynamic Service Manager for one of our clients, to oversee a specialist residential service supporting individuals with complex needs.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide professional leadership and hands-on management to ensure the highest quality of care and service delivery.Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.Ensure full regulatory compliance and adherence to all relevant legislation.Oversee recruitment, staff development, performance management, and employee relations.Manage service budgets, including capital and revenue expenditure.Champion a culture of empowerment, dignity, and person-centred care.Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, commissioners, and referrers to identify new business opportunities.Lead service reviews, audits, and improvement initiatives to maintain excellence.Take responsibility for safeguarding, health and safety, and risk management.Contribute to strategic planning and the development of service growth initiatives.About YouYoure a motivated and compassionate leader who thrives on driving quality and innovation in care.
