Contracts ManagerTaylor WoodrowLocation: HullReady to apply Before you do, make sure to read all the details pertaining to this job in the description below.Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a passion for delivering excellence in highways infrastructure?Taylor Woodrow, a trusted provider of infrastructure and civil engineering solutions, is seeking a driven Contracts Manager to join our highways team in Hull.The successful candidate will lead contract delivery on a major highways project, ensuring safety, quality, and performance at every stage.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of contracts, ensuring alignment with programme, cost, quality, and H&S targets.Oversee contract negotiations and manage subcontractor agreements.Monitor site progress, resolve disputes, and uphold quality standards.Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure seamless operations.Conduct regular contract reviews and performance evaluations.Promote and enforce Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards across all projects.What We Are Looking ForProven experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry, ideally within highways.Strong working knowledge of NEC 4 contracts.Demonstrated ability to implement HSEQ procedures and lead incident investigations.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office/Excel.A proactive, safety-first mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.Why Join Us?Work with a collaborative and forward-thinking team.Opportunity to shape the future of highways delivery.Opportunities for progression within a brilliant business.About UsWe deliver critical infrastructure schemes that shape the future of transport across the UK.
