With continued expansion into new product ranges and markets, were now seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Officer to join our talented and dynamic team. About the Role As a Senior Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing our quality standards across the business. Acting as a Deputy to the Quality Manager, youll oversee key elements of the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing and packaging operations. Key Responsibilities Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Approve and release finished products for distribution. Perform weekly GMP and Hygiene audits across production areas. Review and approve manufacturing documents. Support the Head of Technical, Quality & Regulatory in managing the Quality Management System (QMS) . Act as audit lead during customer and certification audits. Undertake any additional duties necessary to maintain quality and compliance. About You Were looking for someone who combines technical expertise with the right personal attributes to thrive in a collaborative environment. You will have: Experience in a Quality role within a factory environment (food, cosmetics, or pharmaceuticals preferred). A degree in a science-based discipline . Formal Internal Auditor and HACCP Level 2 training. Experience with certification audits or major retailer (Big 4) audits is highly desirable. Youll also bring: Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities. Strong communication and influencing skills. A proactive, team-focused attitude with a drive for continuous improvement. Agility and adaptability within a fast-paced environment.
