Location: Leeds - Role can be remoteSalary: c£36,000 FTEHours: Part-time - 2 - 3 Days Per Week Length: ASAP until February 2026 Elevation Recruitment Group HR are proud to partner with a Leeds based Charity, seeking an Interim HR Advisor to join their team on a part-time basis.Offering a flexible working pattern, this HR Advisor role will take the lead on policy updates and process improvement across the charity whilst reporting into the HR Director. As a HR Policy Advisor you will be responsible for:Reviewing, updating and maintaining all HR policies and procedures to ensure they remain compliant with current employment legislation and best practiceCollaborate with the wider HR team to embed updated policies into day-to-day practices and training materialsMonitor changes in employment law and proactively recommend policy updates or process improvementsWork closely with key stakeholders to ensure HR policies are aligned with business objectives and operational needsEnsure consistent application and understanding of HR policies across the organisationSupport managers with policy interpretation and provide guidance on compliance-related queriesBenefits as a HR Policy Advisor include:Hybrid / Renote Working Flexible Start and End Times / Working PatternImmediate Start AvailableWeekly Pay The ideal candidate will be immediately available and have recent experience within a simialr role updating policies and stong knowledge on employment law with a background working in charities, education, non-for-profit, healthcare or public sector.
