You'll act as the central point of coordination between clients, contractors, and internal teams including design, engineering, and operations. The role requires a balance of technical understanding, organisation, and communication - ideal for someone who thrives on managing multiple moving parts within live project environments.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate end-to-end delivery of retractable and fixed-tiered seating projectsWork closely with design engineers, installation teams, and clients to ensure seamless executionPlan and monitor project timelines, budgets, and material availability using BOMsOversee quality checks, documentation, and risk assessmentsEnsure all activities align with project specifications and safety standardsAct as the key client contact throughout project deliveryRequirements:Experience in project coordination or project managementBackground in engineering, construction, or installation environments (advantageous)Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving and organisational skillsAbility to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and internal teamsComfortable managing deadlines and juggling prioritiesSupervisory experience is a plusWhat's Offered:Salary: 30,000 - 34,000Company performance based bonusPension schemeLaptop and additional company benefitsOngoing training and clear progression opportunities24 days holiday + bank holidaysCandidate Location: Bude, Holsworthy, Cornwall, Devon, Bideford.
