This is a fantastic opportunity to drive adoption of a significant digital and AI transformations.Copilot is rapidly evolving, with strategic decisions to be made around scaling beyond the current 3,500 licences, improving licence management, and shaping future automation and AI capability including Copilot Chat, Copilot Agents, and the rollout of new Microsoft features.Youll play a key role in accelerating adoption, driving user value, and ensuring the product evolves in line with company initiatives.What youll be doingCopilot ChatDrive adoption across the company and support users to get value from the toolImplement Copilot Chat pinning across Office and desktopSupport commercial, governance & rollout for persona-based trainingGather and analyse use cases, success metrics & feedbackIdentify where additional capability/licensing is requiredM365 CopilotWork with directorates to analyse licence value, usage & data insightsMonitor and optimise licence allocation and utilisationEnsure licence users meet access requirements & Terms of UseSupport planning for wider scaling of the solutionTrack new Microsoft features, assess impact & drive decision-makingWho were looking for Experience in product management or digital delivery Knowledge of M365 and AI capabilities (desirable) Able to operate in complex, fast-paced environments Strong stakeholder and communication skills Data-driven decision-maker Interested?
