Aftersales Manager BYD / Suzuki - Boston, Lincolnshire Salary: Up to 35,000 15,000 OTE Bonus Are you an ambitious, driven, and people-focused leader ready to take the next step in your automotive career? An exciting opportunity has arisen at Boston BYD / Suzuki for an Aftersales Manager to lead our small but busy workshop , driving performance, customer satisfaction, and team development. This role is ideal for a rising star perhaps an experienced Service Advisor, Workshop Controller, or Assistant Manager looking to step into a management position and make their mark within a progressive, family-owned dealer group . The Role Youll be responsible for leading the aftersales operation to deliver outstanding results in labour sales, workshop efficiency, and customer satisfaction . Youll: Manage the day-to-day running of the Service and Workshop departments . Drive labour sales performance to achieve and exceed monthly targets. Deliver exceptional customer experiences with industry-leading CSI scores. Motivate, coach, and develop your team to maximise potential and retention. Ensure compliance with FCA, brand, and health & safety standards . What Were Looking For Were seeking a motivated and capable individual with: Proven experience in a Service, Workshop, or Aftersales environment . A desire to lead, inspire, and develop a small but talented team. Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. A passion for customer care and operational excellence .
