What Youll Be DoingYoull be the central point of coordination for three senior Directors, keeping the cogs turning smoothly day to day.Manage complex diaries, priorities, and projects across multiple time zonesCoordinate meetings, travel, and events with precision and flairHandle sensitive and confidential information with total professionalismPrepare polished presentations, reports, and communications that really stand outSupport key leadership meetings and take ownership of actions and follow-upContribute to team communications and internal engagement activities Who You AreYoure someone who naturally brings structure, calm, and confidence to everything you do.
