They are looking for a System Controller to join the project operations team, supporting system coordination, data integrity, and real-time operational readiness.TermsLocation: UK hybrid (office/site/remote split)Duration: 6-month initial contract, extensions expectedEngagement: Outside IR35Start: Immediate / November 2025RoleThe System Controller will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimising operational systems across the offshore wind projects digital environment. Youll work closely with engineering, IT, and control room teams to ensure system stability, data accuracy, and compliance with operational standards.Responsibilities include coordinating control system configurations, supporting integration between engineering and enterprise platforms (such as SAP and SCADA systems), and maintaining process documentation and incident response procedures.RequirementsProven experience as a System Controller, Control Systems Engineer, or Operations Systems SpecialistBackground in renewable energy, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure preferredExperience with system monitoring, data logging, and configuration control toolsUnderstanding of SCADA, DCS, or networked industrial systemsKnowledge of SAP integration or asset management systems advantageousStrong analytical mindset with excellent coordination and communication skillsCertifications: CompEx / ECS / relevant IT or systems certifications (e.g. ITIL, GWO, or similar)
