Performance Marketing Lead 65,00080,000 DOE Hybrid (Bridgend in Wales) 2 days in the office per week A rare chance to shape and scale digital growth for a high-performing eCommerce group on a global stage. With international expansion underway and a recent acquisition bringing fresh product lines, this is a role packed with upside. Youll lead the transition from agency-led to in-house marketing and build the entire acquisition function from scratch with full backing and budget. The Performance Marketing Lead will take ownership of digital performance marketing across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Affiliates. Youll be central to our clients ambition to rapidly scale new customer acquisition in the UK, EU, and US with full control over strategy, hiring, and optimisation. Role Highlights The Performance Marketing Lead will Build and execute multi-brand acquisition strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Affiliates Lead the transition away from agency support, bringing Paid Media fully in-house Scale channel performance across UK, EU, and US markets with a close eye on CPA and ROI Integrate a recently acquired brand into the digital portfolio and launch it into key markets Collaborate cross-functionally with Retention, eCommerce, and Creative teams for end-to-end performance You Will Need The Performance Marketing Lead will bring A track record in growing D2C eCommerce revenue through Paid Search and Paid Social Hands-on experience scaling multi-market campaigns, ideally with multiple SKUs Mastery of tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, AWIN, Channable, and Shopify Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and optimise accordingly Leadership ability to manage agencies, mentor juniors, and build a team beneath you Why Youll Love It 65k80k base bonus and progression into Head of Acquisition Hybrid setup with flexibility 2 office days in East Midlands HQ Build your own team and strategy with real autonomy Exposure to global markets and exciting brand integrations Flat-structured, fast-moving culture with room to test and iterate Apply now to take your career to the next level with a pioneering company.
