Solicitor - Property (Residential & Commercial) Location: Maghera / Coleraine (Hybrid & Flexible) Experience: 4 years PQE Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time We are delighted to be partnering with Mallon & Co Solicitors , a long-established and highly respected legal practice with offices in Maghera and Coleraine, to recruit an experienced Property Solicitor (Residential & Commercial). The Opportunity Due to the departure of a long-standing team member, this is a key appointment for the firm. Youll take on an established caseload and enjoy real autonomy, variety, and flexibility , while working in a genuinely supportive and collaborative environment. You will: Lead on residential and commercial conveyancing matters Handle commercial/corporate transactions Build trusted, long-term client relationships Have optional exposure to wills, probate, EPAs , or litigation , depending on your experience and interests About You Youre a qualified NI Solicitor with 4 years PQE , strong experience in residential conveyancing , and exposure to commercial property work .
