The firm combines local knowledge with exceptional client care and offers a supportive, collaborative working environment.The Role An opportunity has arisen for a qualified Residential Conveyancer to join the firm’s property team, based in either Bridgwater or Yeovil. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, supported by a dedicated 1:1 assistant.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a full range of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactionsProviding clear, practical advice to clients throughout the conveyancing processMaintaining excellent relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholdersEnsuring all work is compliant with regulatory and quality standardsContributing to business development and client retention through high-quality service deliveryAbout YouQualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive (England & Wales) – this is essentialMinimum 4 years PQE or equivalent experience within residential conveyancingStrong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and Land Registry requirementsExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions effectivelyConfident communicator with strong client care skillsExperience using modern case management systems (desirable)What’s on OfferCompetitive salary depending on experience (£35,000 - £55,000)Dedicated 1:1 assistant for full caseload supportFlexible working and hybrid optionsSupportive, team-oriented culture within a respected regional firmOngoing professional development and clear career progression opportunities
