Were looking for a Business Analyst to join on an initial 12month FTC basis to work for a market leader in distribution and logistics, as they continue an exciting digital transformation journey - modernising core systems, improving processes, and unlocking smarter, data-led decision-making.Youll play a key role within a collaborative transformation team, working across logistics, supply chain, and warehouse management system (WMS) projects that underpin the future of their operations.Why Join as their Business AnalystBe part of a high-profile Digital Transformation programme with tangible business impact.Work in a collaborative environment that values innovation, improvement, and results.Gain exposure across multiple functions and contribute to shaping how Bunzl uses technology to deliver better service and efficiency.12-month Fixed-Term Contract with potential for extension or future permanent opportunities.What Youll Be DoingLead the analysis, documentation, and delivery of multiple business-critical projects within the Digital Transformation programme.Partner with stakeholders across operations, logistics, and IT to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.Map as-is and to-be processes to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and efficiency.Support the implementation and enhancement of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and integration with other digital platforms.Collaborate with technical teams to define and validate solutions - ensuring theyre aligned with operational priorities.To be successful as the Business Analyst:Proven experience as a Business Analyst within logistics, supply chain, or warehouse/distribution environments.Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and their integration within wider business systems.Experience working on digital transformation or systems implementation projects.Strong process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation experience.If this sounds like the kind of challenge youre looking for, wed love to hear from you!
