Job DescriptionA fast-scaling Betting Organisation is looking for a Director of Analytics - Performance to lead its UK analytics and commercial intelligence function. This is a rare opportunity to shape how data drives decision-making across a dynamic, consumer-facing business .This role is based in Leeds and requires you to be there 2/3 days a week. Youll be at the forefront of building a high-impact analytics capability, working across product, marketing, operations, and finance to unlock growth opportunities, improve customer experience, and optimise performance.What Youll Be DoingBuild & Lead a UK-based analytics team focused on commercial performance, customer behaviour, and operational efficiency.Define Strategy for how data is used across the business to inform decisions, improve outcomes, and drive innovation.Deliver Insights that influence everything from acquisition and retention to product development and campaign effectiveness.Collaborate Cross-Functionally with senior stakeholders to ensure analytics are embedded into daily operations and long-term planning.Develop Tools & Dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key metrics and business performance.Champion Innovation by identifying opportunities for AI, machine learning, and predictive modelling to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.What Youll BringSenior-level experience in analytics leadership within digital-first industries, ideally gaming, betting, or entertainment.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link data to business strategy and performance.Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing analytics teams.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.Familiarity with modern data tools and environments (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Snowflake, etc.).
