The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and creatively drivenoffering exciting opportunities for ambitious individuals to grow their careers in fashion.As the business continues to expand, they are looking for a Stylist to bring their creative vision to life across global campaigns, e-commerce shoots, and social content. This is a hands-on role for someone with a sharp eye for detail, a strong understanding of silhouette and fit, and experience working on fast-paced sets both in the UK and abroad. The successful candidate will lead styling across all brand touchpoints, ensuring each look is polished, on-brand, and culturally relevant.What Youll Be DoingStyling e-commerce, campaign, and social shoots with a clear understanding of each brands aestheticCreating hair and makeup briefs to guide on-set teamsPreparing, packing, and managing samples before and after shoots Sourcing and managing props, accessories, and styling kits Overseeing on-set styling, ensuring looks are executed and maintained to a high standard Managing relationships with talent and ensuring a smooth, professional shoot environment Collaborating with creative, design, and e-commerce teams to align styling with brand messagingConducting trend and competitor research to keep styling fresh and relevantAnalysing shoot performance and feeding insights back to the wider teamWhat Were Looking ForProven experience as a stylist within a luxury or fast-fashion brand, with a strong portfolio Excellent knowledge of e-commerce styling and a trained eye for silhouette, shape, and detail Highly organised with the ability to manage inventory, schedules, and returns Passionate about fashion with a strong sense of trend and cultural awareness Proactive, adaptable, and confident working in a fast-paced environmentStrong communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and lead on setA positive, charismatic presence that puts talent at ease and brings energy to every shootPlease note due to high volumes of applications unfortunately we are not always able to respond to all unsuccessful applicants.
