Job DescriptionIT Project Manager London (Hybrid, 3 days a week onsite)Were looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to take the lead on a range of technology projects for a global law firm. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys end-to-end delivery, thrives in complex environments, and likes getting stuck into projects that actually make a difference.Youll be managing a mix of software, infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity projects, often running simultaneously, so this role suits someone whos comfortable juggling competing priorities and can bring clarity to busy situations. Youll work closely with a range of teams across IT, business operations, and external partners, ensuring projects run smoothly, stay on track, and deliver real value.This isnt a role for a box-ticker or someone who just wants to follow a template. Youll be trusted to shape the approach that works best for each project, using a blend of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery. Youll also be encouraged to bring fresh ideas, whether thats making use of automation, smarter tools, or more sustainable delivery methods.Day-to-day, youll be:Managing full project lifecycles - from planning and scope through to delivery and post-project review.Leading cross-functional teams and keeping everyone aligned on priorities and timelines.Translating business needs into clear, actionable plans.Tracking budgets, risks, and dependencies without letting things drift.Embedding good governance and change management along the way.Communicating clearly and regularly with stakeholders, no jargon, no waffle, just what they need to know.Making sure everything you deliver meets the latest security, compliance, and regulatory standards.Theyre looking for someone who:Has solid project management experience delivering IT or technology-focused projects in complex environments.Is comfortable switching between methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) depending on what fits.Has a broad technical understanding, enough to talk confidently with engineers, developers, and security teams.Knows their way around infrastructure, cloud, and application projects.Has experience using MS Project and other Microsoft tools.Ideally holds PRINCE2 certification (Foundation or Practitioner).Is organised, proactive, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders.You dont need to come from a legal background, but experience in professional services or a similarly structured environment will help.
