Its a friendly, close-knit environment where ideas are shared freely, and everyone plays a part in driving the creative vision forward.About the RoleAs Digital Marketing Manager, youll drive the brands online visibility and performance managing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels. From email and social to PPC and content, youll plan, deliver, and optimise marketing activity to attract new customers and build loyalty across brands. Youll work across a mix of campaigns, performance marketing, and multi-channel strategy helping shape how customers discover and shop with this premium lifestyle brand.Youll use customer insights, analytics, and KPIs to shape strategy and measure success, ensuring campaigns hit commercial objectives and deliver clear ROI. Confident managing content workflows, youll oversee messaging across platforms, ensuring everything aligns with brand and drives conversion. Youll also play a key role in seasonal and integrated campaigns from planning Black Friday activity to implementing smarter use of AI tools to enhance content and performance.About youTo be considered for this Digital Marketing Manager role, youll have hands-on experience running digital campaigns across multiple channels, ideally within retail, ecommerce, or an agency setting. Youll be confident making commercial decisions, analysing performance data, and identifying opportunities to improve results.Youll know your way around PPC, paid social, CRM, and SEO, and be comfortable managing and critiquing content to ensure consistency and impact.
