This hands-on role involves precision assembly, mechanical and electrical testing, and quality assurance of high-specification components.Youll be working as part of a dedicated production team, contributing to new production lines using modern cell assembly techniques.Key ResponsibilitiesMechanical assembly of precision-engineered components and sub-assembliesPerforming quality control checks following detailed production instructionsConducting functionality and electrical safety testsMaintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised workstation at all timesAssisting in other departments (stores, packing, testing) when requiredEssential Skills & QualificationsGCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English (Grade C or above)Previous experience in mechanical assembly using fine toolingBasic electrical wiring experienceStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and plan work efficientlyFluent written and spoken EnglishTraining & DevelopmentFull factory-based training will be provided to familiarise you with company products, components, and assembly/testing processes.Benefits PackageCompetitive salary 33 days annual holiday (including bank holidays, increasing with service)Overtime available at 1.5x hourly rateCompany pension and life assurance (after probation)Private healthcare and enhanced pension contributions (after qualifying period)All necessary tools, safety equipment, and uniform provided
