About the Role As Deputy Manager, youll work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service maintaining high standards of care, compliance and resident satisfaction. The role offers a balance of leadership and hands-on involvement, with approximately half your time supernumerary and half working alongside the care team. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the Home Manager in all aspects of home management and compliance Leading, mentoring and developing the care team Ensuring care plans are up to date and residents needs are met with dignity and respect Promoting a positive culture that reflects the values of the home Taking part in the on-call rota and weekend cover as required About you: Youll be an experienced senior care professional, ideally with NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) and a strong understanding of CQC standards.
