Youll lead, mentor and develop our internal Salesforce team, while taking ownership of day-to-day operations, BAU requests and support delivery.This is a hands-on leadership role, combining technical expertise with team management and stakeholder engagement. Youll work closely with our Head of Salesforce (Technical) and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, champion best practice and keep our platform running smoothly.What youll be doingLeading, mentoring and developing our internal Salesforce team, including 3 administratorsManaging workload allocation across projects, BAU requests and support ticketsActing as the escalation point for Salesforce operations and ensuring timely issue resolutionCollaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutionsOverseeing design, development, testing and deployment of enhancements and integrationsOwning release management, including planning, deployment and adoption of updatesEnsuring platform stability, performance and adherence to SLAsChampioning best practice across development, security and version controlStaying informed on Salesforce innovations and recommending relevant enhancementsMaintaining clear documentation across processes, designs and configurationsWhat youll bringProven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead, Team Manager or Senior Salesforce DeveloperStrong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service CloudDeep understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration and APIsExperience managing Salesforce teams and multiple concurrent projectsHands-on experience with integrations, data migrations and automation tools such as Flow or Process BuilderWorking knowledge of version control and CI/CD tools such as GitExcellent communication skills and the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiencesIt would be great if you also have:Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Admin or Application ArchitectExperience working in Agile environments using Jira or ConfluenceAwareness of other Salesforce products such as Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud or Data CloudWho you areA natural leader with strong mentoring skillsA proactive problem solver with a customer-first mindsetCollaborative, adaptable and driven to deliver continuous improvementSomeone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings energy to every challengeWhy join usAt Travel Chapter, were proud to be a Certified B Corporation, balancing profit with purpose.
