Role Title: Salesforce Business AnalystDuration: contract to run until 31/12/2026Location: Knutsford, Hybrid 2/3 days per week onsiteRate: up to £414 p/d Umbrella inside IR35Role purpose / summaryThe role requires a strong BA skillset to support with Requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, facilitating workshops, document as is and to be flows, skills required in Jira, change request and change management of requirements prioritisation, documenting project scope.Key Skills/ requirementsLead and facilitate workshops to gather and validate business requirementsEngage with stakeholders to understand business needs and prioritiesDocument As-Is and To-Be process flowsManage and prioritize change requests and requirementsDefine and maintain project scope documentationUse Jira to track and manage requirements and tasksSupport change management activities related to migrationCollaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between business and technical requirementsMandatory Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a Business Analyst in complex environmentsStrong skills in requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitationProficiency in Jira for tracking and managing requirementsExperience in documenting project scope, process flows, and change requestsUnderstanding of change management principlesExperience in API requirements and designBackground in Salesforce (including workflows and platform knowledge)Prior involvement in technical migrations of customer data across platformsAll profiles will be reviewed against the required skills and experience.
