We have a fantastic opportunity for a Security Contract Manager to join a leading security company based in Yeovil. This is a permanent opportunity suited to individuals with strong experience in static guarding , asset management , and proven people-leadership capabilities . Ideal for candidates with experience supporting aviation, aerospace or large-scale critical infrastructure environments. As a Security Contract Manager, you will oversee the delivery of all operational security across a busy, high-profile site. A summary of the job details are: Manage the delivery of operational site security, as well as the front of house team Lead a large team of security officers and the front of house team in the delivery of a first-class security service Conduct and monitor staff appraisals and encourage further development Staff training and development, with monthly reporting of progress Rota management Implementation of policies, SOPs, AIs, emergency preparedness etc. Incident management and response Safeguard various assets to include people, buildings and information Assist with the long-term strategic planning of the security function Oversee the operation of security systems Cross functional working with the Property and Facilities teams.
