Conference Executive Key Responsibilities: Support the planning and smooth delivery of conferences, awards, and networking events. Coordinate with venues, suppliers, and speakers to ensure every detail runs seamlessly. Manage logistics, communications, and event technology systems. Travel internationally to deliver outstanding on-site experiences. Represent the business at global trade events and exhibitions. Conference Producer Requirements: Experience in event or conference management or a relevant degree. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Confidence using Microsoft Office and event management tools. A positive, can-do attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure. Willingness to travel internationally several times a year.
