To support the growth of our programme, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Gymnastics Coordinator to lead the delivery and development of our Recreational Gymnastics Programme. Working closely with the Fitness and Membership Manager across all sites, you will ensure the highest standards of programme delivery while driving growth through innovation, creativity, and community engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and expanding programme, working with children of all ages and abilities in a supportive and inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities Work in partnership with Fitness manager to coordinate the day-to-day delivery of the recreational gymnastics programme within the sites. Collaborate with the Site Membership Manager and Fitness Manager to develop and implement targeted strategies that increase programme enrolment and retention, contributing directly to monthly revenue goals. Work towards performance KPIs for the gymnastics programme, including attendance, customer satisfaction, coach performance, and revenue generation. Lead, mentor, and support a team of gymnastics coaches, ensuring quality and consistency. Deliver high-quality, engaging, and safe sessions when required, across Parent & Child, PreSchool, and Recreational age groups. Plan, organise, and review lesson content to meet badge frameworks and session goals. Oversee equipment set-up, session briefings, and safe use of apparatus, when needed. Monitor and maintain programme standards in line with IGA/BG guidelines and safeguarding legislation. Monitor and analyse participation data, customer feedback, and financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Drive programme growth and maximise participation, working closely with Heads of Department to optimise equipment and product usage. Lead promotional initiatives such as open days, taster sessions, and seasonal campaigns to attract new participants and boost visibility. Work with Marketing and Communications teams to ensure effective promotion of gymnastics offerings across digital and community channels. What are we looking for? Hold a recognised Level 2 or above qualification in gymnastics coaching (IGA or BG) Confident in delivering sessions and mentoring Level 1 coaches and assistant staff. Demonstrated experience in developing gymnastics programming with the ability to align with commercial objectives and revenue targets. Confident in promoting programmes through digital channels, community outreach, and events. Experience working with marketing teams to develop campaigns that drive participation and revenue. Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence and persuade. Good numerical and written skills Have experience leading sessions and supervising coaching teams Be confident working with children aged 212 across various ability levels Bring a proactive, creative approach to session planning Show strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills Understand and uphold safeguarding, welfare, and safety standards at all times Due to the needs of the business and the department, we may interview suitable candidates before the closing date.
