Every single process in the business is an integrated process and everyone pulling together in the same direction is key to the success of the Company.__We wouldn''t be half as successful without our __ Combi FLT Drivers __ Job Introduction __The role of the __ Combi FLT Driver _ _is responsible for operating the Combi truck in line with Health 'safety regulations and to ensure when manoeuvring Combi trucks in a busy warehouse do not cause any damage. You will be moving goods from storage areas to loading areas for transport. It will involve unloading deliveries and safely relocating the goods to their designated storage areas. Ensure forklift areas are free from obstructions and regularly checking the Combi truck for faults or damages and escalating to the Warehouse Supervisor.__ The successful candidate will: - _ _Have good communication skills to interact with fellow team members and be able to work as part of a team._ _Have accredited Counterbalance forklift licence from a recognised body such as RTITB and 6 months experience of working in a busy warehouse and operating a Counterbalance forklift or Combi truck. A reach license is not required but is desirable_ _Reliability is key to this role, excellent attendance and punctuality is a necessity._ _Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene, appearance, and general cleanliness to comply with statutory and company regulations is maintained. Wear company uniform as specified and correct PPE as appropriate to task and training. _ _Ensure all Health & Safety Procedures are adhered to by keeping work areas and Warehouse clean and free from hazardous as well as other reasonable tasks as requested by your Team Leader/Supervisor. __ The Ideal Candidate: _ _Have knowledge of the relevant safety, quality standards and procedures._ _Someone who can Self motivate and can work with minimal supervision._ _Rights to work in the UK, without any restrictions.__ Whats on offer: __Magna is a 24hr, 7 days a week operation, so work is 12hr days a set 3 days or 3 nights per week, however you will have to be flexible to work every second Sunday for Days and every 2nd Saturday for nights._- Our current vacancies are:_- Thursday, Friday, Saturday every other Sunday DAYSHIFT_ _Shifts start 7.30 to 7.30._ _12.81 per hour day shift, and 12.81 + 13.64% for night workers._ _You will have 3 x 25 min breaks throughout your shift._ _Casual contract to March 2026._ _Average holiday pay._ _Auto-enrollment pension._ _Refer a friend scheme._Job Types: Full-time, TemporaryContract length: 5 monthsPay: From 12.81 per hourAbility to commute/relocate: Telford TF3 3BH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)Experience: Forklift: 1 year (required)Licence/Certification: Right to work in the UK with no restrictions (required) Reach or Counterbalance FLT license (required) Forklift Licence (required)Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required)Work Location: In person
