Contracts Manager Job Description: As Contracts Manager , you will take responsibility for the delivery of prestigious residential and restoration schemes guiding projects from pre-construction through to handover. Lead and manage multiple high-end building projects, ensuring excellence in quality, programme, and cost control. Oversee contractual and commercial aspects with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Ensure robust health, safety, and compliance standards are met across all sites. Represent the company with professionalism and confidence in client and site meetings. Contracts Manager Criteria: Proven experience delivering high-quality, traditional and luxury residential projects. Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and commercial management. Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. A collaborative mindset, with the ability to guide teams and uphold exceptional standards. Degree or HND in Construction Management (or equivalent), with SMSTS certification and full UK driving licence.
