Youll help with daily routines, education, personal care, and activities creating a safe, nurturing environment that promotes independence, dignity, and positive outcomes. What were looking for: Empathetic, patient, and calm under pressure. Good communication skills and a genuine commitment to safeguarding children. Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
