General Manager Leading High Street Gym (Franchise Operated) Location: West London Salary: Up to 35,000 + Performance Bonus (per successful new member) Hours: Full-time, 45 hours per week (weekend availability required) Are you a dynamic and driven leader ready to take a thriving gym to the next level? We're looking for a hands-on General Manager with strong operational and commercial experience to lead our passionate team, drive membership growth, and ensure our gym stands out from the competition.
