About the job Due to the development and continued growth of the firms Credit Hire & Personal Injury department, it is now seeking to appoint a Credit Hire and Personal Injury Solicitor.You will have full conduct of your own litigated caseload, dealing with both fast and multi-track cases. Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of credit hire and vehicle damage matters. Conducting litigation proceedings and representing clients in court. Drafting legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements. Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations. Negotiating settlements and liaising with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
