We're looking for a motivated No. 2 Site Manager to join a well-established team delivering an award-winning development in Kent. What you'll be doing Supporting the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of the site Helping to drive build programmes while maintaining top standards of H&S and quality Coordinating trades, materials and subcontractors Ensure NHBC standards and company specs are met at every stage Taking pride in delivering homes that exceed customer expectations What we're looking for Experience as an Assistant Site Manager who is read to step up or No 2 Site Manager on a fast-paced residential development Solid technical understanding and familiarity with NHBC standards Strong organisational and communication skills with a hands-on approach SMSTS, CSCS and 1st Aid A genuine team player who enjoys being part of a professional, high performing site team What's on offer 60,000 - 66,000 plus package You'll be joining a respected PLC developer with a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for supporting career progression.
