Site Manager Our Client, a well-established national housebuilder, is looking for a motivated Site Manager to take the lead on large development nestled in the Sussex Countryside. About the Development This multi phased development in Sussex combines traditional and timberframe build, offering a mix of private and affordable housing, designed to create a vibrant new community. the scheme features a range of thoughtfully planned house types set within an attractive countryside location. With build progress underway and a well established site team in place, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager to join a stable development and take the lead into the next phases. Responsibilities for Site Manager Take full ownership of the day-to-day site operations to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards Coordinate and manage all on site activities, including subcontractors, labour and materials Ensure compliance with health 'safety regulations Monitor progress against the build programme and address any delays or issues proactively Conduct regular site meetings and briefings with site teams and contractors Manage and motive on site staff Maintain accurate site records Requirements for Site Manager Previous experience working as a Site Manager within the residential sector, on multi volume housing sites Drive for exceeding quality expectations and an award winning mindset CSCS, 1st Aid and SMSTS Detailed knowledge of building processes including NHBC and Building Regulations Previous experience with Timber frame built sites would be desirable What we offer for Site Manager This is a brilliant opportunity for a confident and focused individual to join a leading housing developer who wants to develop their career. 65,000- 75,000 + car allowance Competitive Bonus scheme Contributory pension scheme Additional benefits If you want to hear more about this Site Manager role, please apply with an up-to-date copy of your CV or contact Chelsey Potter in our Brighton Office on 01273003033 / TPBN1_UKTJ
